Increasing workload at service desks

Thank you to all those Justices who work on one of our 60 service desks across the city. Our annual statistics for the year ending June 30th 2023 show an increase of nearly 28,000 clients seen (total of 173,634), compared to the year ending 30 June 2021, with an increase of some 52,000 transactions (compared to 145,807 transactions to June 2021).
