Reminder – please take time to write legibly

On our busy service desks, under pressure from a restless queue, JPs can fall into the trap of rushing through the task at hand.

Please take you time, ensure that your writing is legible and that you have clearly written the date using 8 digit format eg 06/05/2026

It is much better to take a little more time, than to rush and have client’s documents rejected by the receiving agency because things have been missed or the JP’s writing cannot be deciphered.
