Thank you to all those who have already paid their 2024/2025 AJPA membership renewal invoices.

If you have not yet received an invoice, can you please notify the Treasurer, using the online enquiry link found in JP corner on our website. (click “Our Treasurer” and then scroll down to find the link “Contact the Treasurer”)

Alternatively, even without an invoice, you can pay your annual subs of $55 directly to AJPA by means of internet banking to 38-9018-0314770-00,  adding your name and JP number as a reference/code

It is evident that the problem of members not receiving invoices lies with the receivers of emails, as some email servers, are blocking mail from our XERO Accounting platform from which invoices are issued (“messaging-service@post.xero.com“). 

If you have not received an invoice yet, you might be able to minimise the risk of this happening ( in the future) by logging into your ONLINE email account settings and adding messaging-service@post.xero.com as an “allowed address” (or “White List”, or similar). If this makes no sense to you, you might also need to speak to whomever assists you with your computer or IT issues.
