Are you going on holiday, having a medical procedure or travelling outside of Auckland for a short period?
If you are going to be absent on holiday, having a medical procedure, or visiting friends outside of the metropolitan Auckland area, please make yourself unavailable.
You will need to do this on BOTH the AJPA and the Royal Federation Websites to prevent clients from contacting you and disturbing your break.
1. Please follow these steps to remove you from ‘Locate a JP’
- Go to the AJPA Website (jpauckland.org.nz)
- Select JP Corner from the main menu
- Enter the AJPA Password
- Select ‘Our Registrar’ from the menu
- Scroll down to ‘I wish to make myself unavailable on JP Locator’
- Complete the form and submit
2. Please follow these steps to remove your name from ‘Find a JP’
- go to Royal Federation website (justiceofthepeace.org.nz)
- click on ‘JP login’ at the top right of the page
- Enter your username (usually your surname in lower case plus your JP number eg bloggs12345 )
- Enter your password (or click ‘forgot your password’ to set a new one)
- click on ‘Go to’ under the heading ‘Profile’
- Scroll down and enter the dates you are unavailable
- scroll to the bottom and click ‘SAVE’
