EyeAble for Firefox Browser
🧿 How to Install the EyeAble® Extension on Firefox
Make your web browsing more accessible by adding the EyeAble Accessibility Assistant to your Firefox browser. Follow these easy steps:
✅ Step 1: Open Firefox
Launch the Firefox browser on your computer. If you don’t have Firefox installed, you can download it from:
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox
✅ Step 2: Go to Firefox Add-ons
In the address bar, type or click this link to visit the Firefox Add-ons site:
https://addons.mozilla.org
✅ Step 3: Search for “EyeAble”
Use the search bar at the top of the page to type in EyeAble and press Enter.
✅ Step 4: Select the EyeAble Extension
In the search results, click on the extension titled EyeAble – Accessibility Assistant to open the details page.
✅ Step 5: Click “Add to Firefox”
Click the Add to Firefox button. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the installation.
✅ Step 6: Confirm Installation
Click Add in the pop-up window. Firefox will download and install the extension automatically.
✅ Step 7: Manage and Pin the Extension (Optional)

Click the Extensions icon (a puzzle piece) in the Firefox toolbar.

Find EyeAble in the list.

Click the gear icon ⚙️ and select Pin to Toolbar to make the extension easily accessible.
✅ Step 8: Activate EyeAble
Click the EyeAble icon in the toolbar to open the accessibility menu. You can now adjust text size, color contrast, enable screen reading, and more.
