When in doubt ….
As Justices of the Peace we are constantly presented with documents that we have not seen before.
When you are unsure how to execute a document presented to you, please take a moment to read through the document before you pick up your pen. Remember, When in Doubt, Don’t.
If you are unsure how to administer a document, don’t start writing. Instead refer to another Justice; phone your mentor, your Support Group Coordinator or one of the trainers. We recommend that all Justices have 2 or 3 phone numbers of experienced colleagues saved on their phones to use in these situations.
