WEBSITE CHANGES
Some of you may have seen the change to the website, which makes finding a Service Desk and a Justice easier for clients. This change can be found in the Main Menu (Black strip) called ‘Locate a JP’. Clients can now enter their suburb in a search box, which will identify one or more Service Desks near their suburb. On clicking on the name of the Service Desk, it will take them to a page that describes days & hours of operation and the exact location of the desk.
If the hours of the Service Desk are not convenient, the client can move down the page to the JP Locator and search for a JP in the usual way. The intention is that Service Desks should be able to assist clients in the first instance, with visits to homes and workplaces becoming less and less the norm in the future.
