WE NEED YOU!

 

Since 17 August 2021, the AJPA has administered the documents for over 4000 clients with the work being mainly carried out by 35 Justices.

We are now in November and heading for the Christmas break with a forecasted opening up of Service Desks on 1 February 2022.  Electronic Certification is going to be with us for the foreseeable future.  If you are a Justice who has a printer, scanner and a computer with a camera can you please consider volunteering to do Electronic Certification?  You can choose your own hours and the days that you will be available.   It is intended that a tutorial will be made available to assist any Justice on the process and will also include advice on how to set up a video link using a number of applications including Zoom, FaceTime and WhatsApp.  If this is something you would consider please email Frank at frank@jpauckland.org.nz and we would love to have you onboard.

You are also reminded that the Letterbox Drop Procedure has been approved and the procedure is well documented on the AJPA website for those that have not been involved to date.  Please do get involved as there is much to the saying that ‘MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK’.
