Personal stamps that include our name and JP number are valuable assets in carrying out our service role. As Justices, it is important that we keep our stamps secure to prevent them from being ‘borrowed’ or stolen and used fraudulently. When a Justice of the Peace retires, we suggest that their stamps be sent to the AJPA Registrar so they can either be securely destroyed or reused with a new rubber die. Please do NOT dispose of unwanted stamps in your rubbish bin.
