SUPPORT GROUP COORDINATORS MEETING
This meeting was originally planned for the 6th March 2021, but due to COVID had to be postponed. However, we are now back in business and the meeting has been rescheduled for the Rose Hotel, 92-102 Gladstone Road, Parnell, Auckland 1010 for Saturday, 17th April 2021 commencing at 9:30 am – 1:00 pm.
All Support Group Coordinators/Rosterers are invited and please send your RSVP to Bruce Kilmister our Registrar, email@example.com by Wednesday, 14th April 2021 so that a list of attendees can be compiled.
The information he will require is the number of attendees, names, the Support Group you are representing and the preferred Discussion Group for each attendee. Four discussions groups will be held as follows:
1. Succession Planning of Group leadership and Rosterers.
2. Successful Service Desk manning
3. Getting good new JPs
4. How can Council best assist Support Groups.
The main purpose of the discussion groups is to find out what you as Justices at the coalface think. Council members will assist in each discussion group but the emphasis is to be your input and what you think. So please give all 4 topics some thought prior to April 17. You will be rewarded with a cuppa and a muffin!!
Please ensure you wear your name badge, we will have temporary ones available. Looking forward to catching up.
