Summer Holidays

The Registrar’s office on Level 1 at Auckland District Court will be relocated in December 2025 while earthquake strengthening work is undertaken. The location of the new office is still to be confirmed, but will be on level 4 of the building. The office will close on Tuesday December 23rd and reopen on Monday January 5th 2026.

Our service desks will be closed or have reduced hours over the holidays.Thank you to all those Justices who continue to offer services to the public over this period.
