Policy Update
As part of our regular review of policies and guidelines, Council has recently approved several updates, which include:
- Guidelines for Support Group Coordinators and Service Desk Rosterers, and
- Policy for Service Desks.
The updated policy clarifies things such as where AJPA will locate its service desks, how they are to be established and operated, and how they are to be closed if Council so directs. To access these documents, please follow these steps:
- Go to the AJPA Website (jpauckland.org.nz)
- Select JP Corner from the main menu
- Enter the AJPA Password when prompted
- Scroll down to Support Groups and Service Desks
- Select Guidelines or Policy from the menu
