As you are aware, AJPA collects data on the number of clients and the number/type of documents presented at service desks. This data is collated and sent to Royal Federation and we receive funding based on the work we do. AJPA service desks process more than half of ALL the transactions done in NZ.
We also use these statistics in applying for lottery grants.
Uploading stats to the electronic sheet attached to your roster is a quick and simple process, which every Justice should do after every shift. Your Support Group Co-ordinator can provide you with a simple instruction sheet with a link to your stats sheet. Please ask if you need further support.
