The Council of the Auckland Justices of the Peace Association met on August 13th

  • Seven new Justices were officially sworn in on 14 July.
  • We apologise for the unplanned interruption of the weekly Sunday blog on 27 July and for the recent website issues. The Webmaster has investigated the cause of both these outages which were due to software issues beyond our control. There is ongoing work to ensure that these outages are not repeated..
  • The Sunday service desk at Westfield Newmarket continues to run smoothly and remains a popular service for the public. We are keen for further service desks to open on Sundays to meet the high demand from clients.
  • Two administrative staff at the office of the Royal Federation in Wellington are leaving. RF is recruiting to fill these roles.
  • Don’t miss out! The Royal Federation Regional Conference and AJPA AGM are just around the corner — a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow JPs, exchange ideas, and stay updated on the latest developments. We strongly encourage all members to take part in this annual event.
