Marriage Dissolution forms
The Ministry of Justice have recently reprinted the Pack 1 (One Party) and Pack 2 (Joint) Marriage Dissolution Forms in booklet form. The new packs are identified on the back page near the spine by the date FEB23. These packs have an error in the printing and should NOT be used by clients for dissolution.
The MoJ website still has the MAR21 version available which should be used. It can be downloaded by clicking this LINK
