Marriage Dissolution forms

In a post in June 2023 we informed you that the Joint Marriage Dissolution packs have an error on page 2 of the FP14 affidavit.

This is a joint affidavit, but there is only space set out for a single deponent.

The error has been reported to the Royal Federation and also to the Ministry of Justice.

Remember that the G7 information sheet is NOT required to be printed on yellow paper.
