It would appear that a number of Justices are still unaware that we have two websites, relevant to Auckland Justices.
The Royal Federation website is justiceofthepeace.org.nz and is what comes up when someone searches for ‘Find a JP’. It is also is where you update your profile, change your email address, change your postal address, change your phone number and also change your availability. These actions are only able to be done by you when you log in. It is also where you log in to complete your accreditation. If you wish only to change your availability, this information is only held on the Royal Federation website, and can only be changed by YOU logging in to the Federation website.
There is also an Auckland JP Association website jpauckland.org.nz which provides access for clients who search for ‘JP Locator’. It provides you with information pertinent to the Auckland Region and your association. Unfortunately, the two websites are not linked and consequently once you change your address, email, or phone number on the Royal Federation website, you will also need to contact the AJPA Registrar to change your details in the master database. You can do this by clicking on this LINK.
If you wish only to change your availability, this is only held on the Royal Federation website and has to be changed by you on that site.
