After careful planning and great cooperative work, we opened up three Service Desks at malls this week with the following statistics: 

  • Ormiston Service Desk reported a total of 250 clients in 3 sessions
  • Milford Mall reported a total of 185 clients in 2 sessions
  • West City Service Desk reported a total of 137 clients in 2 sessions

This all adds up to a very successful re-launch of our Service Desks in the Malls with 482 clients being seen in just 7 sessions.  This trend is expected to continue in the near term, then following the close-down over Christmas it is likely to boom again early in the New Year.   If you can help out at any of these three malls please contact either Del Johnston, Dawn Jones or Kamlesh Naidu.  

Thank you to all the Justices who were rostered for the Service Desks and extended their service to ensure clients could have their documents administered.  It really is appreciated by the Service Desk committee who have worked hard behind the scenes to ensure this reinstated availability was conducted safely and within the rules set by Government.
