CHARITABLE

If a Justice of the Peace is satisfied that a poor person has died without sufficient means to pay the charges of his or her burial, or that his relations, and friends are unable to pay them, the Justice of the Peace may make an order that the trustees of any cemetery shall bury such poor person free of charge.
