Changes to Requirements for Service Desks

Effective April 5th 2022 Vaccine passes and QR code scanning will no longer be required on our service desks. However, the following guidance applies to AJPA Service Desks:

  • Both JPs and clients are required to wear a mask while indoors, including in the waiting area
  • Masks may be removed briefly to enable the JP to identify the client
  • Continue to sanitise hands and surfaces and use a different sanitised pen for each client
  • Ideally have social distancing (1-2 metres) in the waiting area
  • Use of the Perspex screen is not required but is recommended
