Changes to Dissolution of Marriage Affidavits

The Dissolution of Marriage forms on the Ministry of Justice website have recently been updated.

On the FP14 Affidavit (for Joint applicants), there is a small change on Pages 2 & 4.

The flowchart to assist you with the correct completion of Marriage Dissolution forms (the application form and the affidavit) has also been updated, and you can find it by clicking these two links One Party – Two Party

We expect that the printed booklets containing these forms will also be updated shortly, but at present both new and old versions are available at Family Courts and Citizens Advice Bureau, and both versions are acceptable.
