1. An official translation signed by the deponent. 
2. An affidavit by a translator, which must exhibit a copy of the non-English affidavit and the translator’s translation. 
3. A letter from the receiving agency confirming their acceptance of the document. 
4. Nothing, provided the Justice of the Peace is personally fluent in the language.

Answer: B. An affidavit by a translator, which must have attached two exhibits; a copy of the non-English affidavit, and the translator’s translation.
